Welcome upon your arrival at Marrakech-Menara airport and transfer to your Riad. Check-in and free time to discover the most visited city in the country, its sumptuous setting with glowing colors and its very special atmosphere. You will be dizzy as what you will see is so wonderful: the Jemaa el Fna Square, a true « court of miracles », the Majorelle garden and its Moorish fountains, those of the Menara composed of the imperial basin and century-old olive trees, the Bahia palace... Night at the Riad.
Breakfast then departure to the Moroccan deep south towards Ouarzazate. Along the way, you will pass the highest pass in North Africa (2260 m), offering a striking panoramic view of the High Atlas, before arriving at the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou. The latter is a sublime apparition, with adobe houses on the hillsides glued to each other. You will then follow the largest Moroccan river until you arrive in Zagora. Enjoy an unforgettable camel ride in the desert as the sun sets. Settle into the bivouac and traditional dinner animated by Berber musicians. An evening worthy of the Arabian Nights. Night in the desert.
Breakfast then departure from the bivouac by camel to reach Ouarzazate. Arrival in Ouarzazate in the middle of the day and free afternoon to discover the city. Known for its hospitality, this city oscillates between tradition and modernity, rural and city life. A striking mix of oases, kasbahs and flourishing valleys. Thanks to its exceptional luminosity and breathtaking natural scenery, many films like Lawrence of Arabia, The Sheltering Sky or Gladiator were shot there. You will literally plunge into a world where time seems to have stood still. Night at the hotel.
Breakfast then free morning. Stroll freely in the Ouarzazate palm grove, rest by the pool, or visit the Fint oasis, a green setting still preserved from mass tourism. The green Fint valley, enclosed between its arid mountains, is dotted with numerous palm groves, carefully cultivated gardens, and villages of traditional adobe houses perfectly integrated into the decor. In the afternoon, departure from Ouarzazate to Marrakech. Night at the Riad.
Breakfast and free time. Your driver will be present at the Riad 3 hours before your departure from Marrakech.
