Upon your arrival at Marrakech airport, your driver will welcome you and take you to your hotel. Dinner and overnight in Marrakech.
You hit the road towards Ouarzazate, crossing the Tichka pass, at more than 2,000 meters above sea level. A visit to the magnificent Telouet kasbah, formerly the home of the Glaoui, Pasha of Marrakech under the protectorate, plunges you into the history of Morocco. From Telouet, a spectacular track descends along the Ounila wadi, where red earth villages and colorful fields punctuate the landscape. Dinner and overnight in Ouarzazate.
Heading to M'Hamid, the last village before the desert. Crossing the Draa Valley, you will be amazed by its sumptuous palm groves dotted with kasbahs and ksour. This unique landscape, where mineral desert and green oases mix, offers a striking visual experience. Dinner and overnight in M'Hamid.
Start your day with a visit to the M'Hamid palm grove and its four kasbahs before heading to the majestic Chegaga dunes. After lunch in a tent and a moment of rest, a camel ride will allow you to enjoy the sunset over the endless dunes. The evening continues around a campfire, with a traditional dinner and Saharan songs. Night at the bivouac under the stars.
You take the magnificent tracks of the Anti-Atlas, dotted with oases and rock engraving sites. Your day takes you to Tata, a town nestled in an exceptional landscape. Dinner and overnight in a guest house in Tata.
From Tata, cross the Anti-Atlas mountains and admire the fortress-granaries that dominate the villages and cereal fields. The road then leads you to Tafraoute, a jewel nestled in a circus of pink mountains embellished with almond valleys. Your final destination for the day is Taroudant, nicknamed « little Marrakech », with its imposing ochre ramparts and its rich past as the former capital of the Saadian sultans.
